There have been different times and phases in my business where I was self-sabotaging without really knowing that I was doing it.  Let’s talk about the ways you may be self-sabotaging and how to stop these habits. If you’re really honest with yourself, even if you don’t have a business, I’m sure you can relate to the 9 different ways you may self-sabotage in your thinking and your actions.

Jennifer thank you thank you thank you for sharing this podcast. We should take self sabotage seriously, especially our self talk. I say this because I recently noticed my daughters habits and self talk reflect that of my own. I can tell you it wasn’t good. It was negative, a joy killer, and not encouraging in anyway. I started picking up on these terrible habits and self talk and began to change them. I have seen a change in our household! With so much on the line, our goals, dreams, and with little eyes watching we have to be our best. Your podcasts help out so much, and your words are such a blessing that can be applied in all aspects of our lives. Thanks again!

Thank you Jen for the encouragement . I have always only dabbled in my crafting because I never had my own faith in ME. My dad- my hero and my best friend – never doubted my talent -ever. I was always creating things for people I care about since I learned how to glue things together when I was 5. I always had excuses not to take my talent seriously no matter how much he encouraged me- even as an adult- hmm- self-sabotaging. As my daddy got sicker and sicker, I was finding myself making more and more for him as it brought him such joy to receive them and I made him- and myself – a promise that I would focus more on my ability to bring joy to others through my crafts. Heartbreakingly; he was unable to remain here with us any longer, and passed to a better place this August. I feel his presence, guidance and strength every day, but have been putting off really getting into it. Again- self-sabotaging. I know this is long winded, but I needed to explain where I was stuck-until I listened to some of your fellow followers. I am SO glad I made the decision to at the very least- try your free starter package. 2 podcasts in and I am so glad I found you!! Perhaps my daddy had something to do with guiding me to you. You have given me a lot to absorb and analyze- God Bless you!!
