Times are pretty crazy right now and people are handling it in so many different ways. But one thing I want us all to keep in check is pain-shaming or playing the hardship olympics. There is always someone worse off, but that doesn’t mean your pain or fear or frustration or sadness isn’t valid. Often times, people just want to be seen and heard. Listen as I share an experience from my week where I was pain shamed. I also got some great feedback and advice from you guys that I know to will be helpful!
