I want to take a few minutes today to help you reframe your shame. First, you need to know there is a difference e between shame and guilt. Shame is used by the enemy to keep you stuck…to keep you from moving forward. Many of you are feeling all kinds of shame for things they did or didn’t do during quarantine. I hope you can take that shame and reframe it in a way that gives it purpose and allows you to find freedom to move on!
