I just love it when God gives me a whole idea from something seemingly small like a workout move. I was trying to follow along with my Peloton app and was really making a mess of this particular exercise. Then the instructor said it was okay if we were struggling. She explained we were teaching our bodies how to recover quickly. Listen in as I unpack how we can use this concept in our businesses and lives.
