The new home that we purchased had a home office, which we recently revealed here, and it also had what could be considered a second home office right off of the kitchen and open to the kitchen. Instead of keeping that a second office we decided to turn that into a craft room for #OhAva. (my daughter)

Anyone who has followed me for any length of time knows that Ava is allll about all things glitter … all thing slim … all things craft and all things MESSY! So in my head I was thinking if I could confine it to just this one area of the house that would be a #win for me.

So the room right off of the kitchen, we did a fun bright wallpaper, which you can learn more about here.  We put in two chandeliers and two crafting chairs, which are essentially exercise balls covered in fur.

We covered the countertop with glass because it’s way easier to get glue and sharpies and all things messy off of glass than it is a painted cabinet. We did have our cabinet painters paint the cabinets from wood to white. We used SW Alabaster – it’s on my list of fav wall colors, which you can download here. And added a mix of fun aqua agate knobs and gold pulls.
