I’ve always said that if I could afford to have someone come decorate my home for Christmas, I would do it. We’ve had a crazy successful year with my Inner Circle coaching group, so I phoned our friend Ryan to help us decorate and I’m sooooo happy he did. Ryan does all of the decorating for our church! He’s ridiculously creative and I knew he would be perfect to be putting up our decorations.

I like to call my decorating style “comfortable glam”, and Ryan helped me add a whole lot of GLAM to our colorful and cozy home. And friends, we DID NOT go shy on the greenery, wreaths, glitter, and shiny ornaments. You know my love for glitter and shiny things!!!

So, here’s what we did in the kitchen…

Aren’t those little wreaths on the back of our chairs amazing?? They add such a beautiful touch! Ryan also added greenery to all of our lighting fixtures and I’m absolutely obsessed. If you want to know more about the gold lighting in our kitchen, check out the blog post on that here.

Okay, here’s what we did in our “sitting room”! This is one of my favorite rooms in the house even though it’s totally under used. When we were decorating this room, I wanted to make sure it was colorful and comfortable. But I wanted our guests to feel like they could actually sit in it without feeling like it was too “fancy”. Do you know what I mean??

We replaced our pig canvas with this Santa from one of my coaching clients, C McCroan Art, and I just love it. Santa, mixed with the trees and wreaths on the mantle, makes a huge statement when you walk into this room! I also love our tall and skinny trees in front of the windows with pops of red to tie into the rest of the Christmas decor. Add some holiday throw pillows, glittery table decorations, gold reindeer, and gold-tipped firewood, and you have yourself a beautiful, GLAM, cozy place to relax with guests!

On to the bathroom! Okay… I can’t get enough of our ram. First of all, he has shiny gold horns. Second of all, Ryan had the super creative idea to put pink Christmas lights around him as a necklace!!! HOW FUN IS THAT??! I’m also obsessed with the shiny pink ornaments hanging from our light. And who knew?! Adding a little greenery, pink ornaments, and a Merry & Bright sign next to our toilet and toilet paper just made the bathroom that much cuter!!

Here are a few other pretty little areas of the home. My glittery reindeer have got to be one of my favorite decorations to pull out each year. You’ll see more greenery hanging from the lights in these photos… I just love this decorating tip so much!!

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Jen
