I know….it was hideous!!! I was seeing these “country kitchen” type pieces all over at garage sales last year. Finally, I bought one hoping it would be as pretty as I envisioned it eventually.
And after much work, I think its gone from that ugly duckling….
To this gorgeous champagne swan.
Linking to Miss Mustard Seed.

Yes, M’am!
You definitely brought out the inner beauty! Or is that outer beauty?
Turned out great!
Looks gorgeous. Great job. What exactly is around the raised panel?
Just wondering.

Lovely! 🙂
I love it! What type of paint and finish did you do? And yes, what is the paneling? 20 questions here… 🙂

Gorgeous! Would love to hear more of the step by step process of how you accomplish your paint finishes. I always learn a lot that way.
I love it! Is a tutorial on how to do this in the works? What if I ask pretty please?
Awesome! It looks like a totally different piece! By the way, I own that very mirror you’ve got hanging over it. Now I feel like I’ve got good taste. 😉 LOL!
What a transformation! Looks like you may have used some Bomar pieces on the inset of the cabinet doors… nice touch.
Once again you have turned out a masterpiece. It is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to see you post the process (for us armatures trying to play with the big girls).
