In the last several months, I have been doing something that is a little embarrassing. You’re going to have to listen to find out what it is, but basically I have been coping with feeling like I don’t have control by controlling areas that don’t actually have impact or help. I want to talk today about looking at areas where we don’t have control and work on healthy ways to manage those situations. And I want to challenge us all to really look for areas where we do have control and then take action.
