I have a big hundred year old door that I’ve been wanting to paint…it only has one big pane of glass, but I think it would look awesome with a crackle finish. I love the look of your friend’s door. too cool
Gosh dang! Becky did amazing! I’m going to come up to your paint room to do my first project. I was going to paint an end table on Sunday but then it started snowing. Since I have to do any painting in the ally, and hope to not get caught by the police, I have many factors to work around 🙂
It is adorable! And yes, I have two 1900 french doors in my basement that need some TLC. I think I have to strip them and then make them look old again :).

Now, THAT is the right way to do crackle. I love the texture it added. The colors and finish were perfect to makes it look authentic.
