As we go into yet another week of this pandemic, I see that fear is really increasing. When will we return to normal? Will it really be “normal” again? What will happen to my business? I want to pass along some encouragement today by giving you 2 things you can do to combat this creeping fear in. Let’s take some action by focusing on what we can control in these seemingly out-of-control times.

Take Action

  • Focus on things you can control—what you watch, read, eat, do with your body, etc.
  • Do the “worst thing that can happen” exercise.
